Company Safety Stores

Most facilities buy safety supplies from four or five different vendors, and every order runs through procurement. A foreman who needs twenty vests this week waits on a purchase order. Someone orders the wrong glove rating because the spec lives in a binder nobody reads. And nobody knows what is running low until a crew is already short.

A SafetyGrid Company Safety Store replaces that with one place your team orders from — stocked with the items you have approved, at the pricing we have agreed, shipped direct to the sites that need it.

Two ways to run it

1. Company Code — start here

We issue your company a unique ordering code. You pass it to your associates. They come to safetygridhq.com, find what they need, enter the code at checkout, and it ships direct to them or to the site. Nothing to set up, nothing to maintain, and your company never has to handle the transaction.

This works for any of our product lines, not just PPE. It also works for packets — tell us you want every new hire to receive safety footwear, a hi-vis vest, gloves and safety glasses, and that becomes a single item your associate orders with one code.

2. Company Safety Store — when you want more control

A private store built in your company's name, holding only the items you have approved, at your agreed pricing. Access is limited to your people through a login. You choose the catalog either by browsing our site and telling us what to stock, or by marking up an inventory list we send you. We build it, load it, and give you the logins to distribute.

Why it works

One partner, not six

PPE, lockout/tagout, signage, environmental compliance, scrubs and branded apparel all come from one relationship. One account, one invoice, and one person who knows your safety program.

Only what you have approved

You decide what your people can order. Nobody buys a glove below your cut rating or a hard hat outside your specification, because those items are not in the store.

Your pricing, applied automatically

Negotiated once, applied on every order. Your team never needs to know the rate in order to receive it, and it never has to be re-quoted.

Private to your organization

Access is limited to your people. Your pricing is never published, and your ordering activity is not visible to anyone outside your company.

Fewer purchase orders

The approval cycle is the hidden cost of safety supply. Approving the catalog once removes a signature from every reorder after it.

Restocked on a schedule

A standing review confirms what is running low before a crew is short, and gives you a documented record for your safety program.

Gear people actually wear

An associate who selects their own correctly sized boots is far more likely to wear them than one handed whatever was in the store cupboard. That is a safety outcome, not just a convenience.

How it works

  1. We build your list. We walk your sites, agree the items and specifications your program actually needs, and set your pricing.
  2. Your team orders. Through your company code or your private store, at your rates, shipped direct to whichever site placed the order.
  3. We keep it stocked. A scheduled restock review, plus a real person who knows your account — not a ticket number.

Packets — for new hires and annual refresh

Rather than ordering item by item, most companies set up standard packets their people order as a single line:

  • New Hire Safety Packet — the gear every new associate needs on day one
  • Annual PPE Refresh — replacing wear items on a twelve-month cycle
  • Working at Height Packet — harness, lanyard, anchorage connector and compatible hard hat
  • Safety Footwear Packet — boots with sizing and fit support

Packets are built to your specification. Your new hire orders one item and receives everything they need.

Request your company store

Tell us what your team is buying today, who you are buying it from, and where it is causing trouble — wrong items, slow approvals, or crews running short on site. We will come back with a proposed item list and pricing for your company.
