Noise Monitoring & Hearing Conservation
SafetyGrid provides OSHA-compliant noise monitoring and Hearing Conservation Program (HCP) services for facilities where employee noise exposure may reach or exceed 85 dBA (8-hour TWA) under OSHA 29 CFR 1910.95. We coordinate certified industrial hygiene partners to deliver the survey and testing work, while SafetyGrid manages the client relationship, program documentation, and hearing protection device (HPD) fulfillment from our existing PPE catalog.
Program Options
Starter — Area sound level meter (SLM) survey, up to 10,000 sq ft, basic written report with action level comparison.
Standard — Area + personal dosimetry for up to 5 employees, noise contour map, HPD selection matched to exposure level.
Professional — Full survey plus audiometric baseline testing for up to 25 employees, written HCP program document, training session included.
Enterprise — Multi-facility annual HCP management, audiometric recordkeeping, quarterly reviews.
